Managing the environment for 11,800 square feet of green house is a formidable task. Temperature, air flow, and watering must be controlled to maintain healthy conditions for plant life. Continuing to manually manage these controls was not cost effective for Martha's Bloomers. FIX Systems was contacted for a solution.

FIX Systems designed, installed and tested a completely customized control system at Martha’s Bloomers. The individual components of the system (fans, sprinklers, etc.) are controlled by a central server that monitors environmental conditions in each green house. The conditions are maintained autonomously, requiring no human interaction. Users can change the conditions in a greenhouse by logging on to the server via a web interface.

The new autonomous control system saves Martha's Bloomers a significant number of man hours per month and provides a level of environmental accuracy previously unattainable.
